Port site of Praye Sud

This site is classed as a zone of industrial economic activity on the area map. But, in order to obtain a modification of the area map or elaboration of a Municipal Development Plan (PCA/MDP) derogating from the area map, a procedure must be launched to partially modify the deployment of the zone and thus allow the establishment of SMEs/SMIs.

In time, close to 30 ha of land will be made available to SMEs/SMIs.
